 On filling the email, you will get an OTP email.  On giving the same mobile number, OTP will come on the mobile number

 Also you can visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment / Update Center.  There you will have to fill the Aadhar card update form.  Fill in the number form of the mobile number you want to update.  Then you have to provide your biometrics.  The employee will give you a receipt containing an update request number (URN).  Aadhaar updation status can be tracked using URN.  For updating the mobile number, you have to pay a fee.
