Imran government's decision to ban social media in Pakistan

Karachi: Social media platforms have been banned in Pakistan.  These include Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, YouTube and Telegram.  The Imran Khan government has ordered the Pakistan Telecom Authority to block all apps and websites.  According to the order, Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube and Telegram have been blocked indefinitely.
